Couldn't agree more..I really like how nimble the new Porsche's feel, they really feel responsive and to me are a more comfortable ride than the Vette. I had to deliver a 2001 ZO6 to New Orleans some years back and after an hour and a half I felt like my seat was bolted to the rear axle.

Personally I would get the Camaro because I have always loved the car. If I was solely getting the car for speed then I would hold out and save the extra cash to buy the 2012 GT500 Super Snake. That's 800 Horses in case you didnt know!

For that reason only I would choose one of the other two choices. I prefer the looks of the Challenger and would enjoy playing with a Hemi.

by the way the shelby is a hemi also

These rates were quoted for a 50 year old grumpy man. Doesn't seem that age has much a difference when it come to insuring one of these cars!

Admittedly I'm something of a Porsche fanboy, but if I had the money to buy any of the cars you're talking about new, I'd be looking at a used 911, preferably a 993 (1995-1998), because they're just so damn pretty, and as the last of the air-cooled Porsches, they make noises that are just sexy as far as I'm concerned. :)
