yeah. idk. thats messed up though. maybe they should weigh the stuff at the shipping facilitys. empty box = less then box + snake. or if they add junk... might be more. idk. pay pal doesnt seem worth much to me...

Problem is that when shipped through fedex or UPS shippers are being billed for a dimensional weight. ;)

Yeah, they should use actual weight though. Not for the shipping cost, but just to know something about the package.

That's why you remove the money from the account after you get it. If there isn't any money in the account, PayPal can't refund it. This is great if you're a good person and don't want to be scammed. It's bad in that scammers do this all the time and leave those scammed up a creek.

I have references if you need them, been selling on KS for 7 years, never screwed anyone, it's a $150 snake and really do not have extra time for more pics.

If it were me I would pass. If the seller doesn't have enough time for my requests then he doesn't get my money either.

Paypal refunds the money and places your account in the red, if you remove the money from your paypal account. You keep the money, but then you owe paypal.

Lesson: Paypal is not evil, but always use provable shipping methods, and always take photos of the package as you open it in front of the delivery person if the person shipping to you is questionable. You may need the delivery person's verification that you did or did not get what you were supposed to.

IMHO if they don't have time for a few pic's thats like saying don't bother me. I would move on to someone who will deal with you.
