    I would research this thoroughly... heat rises, as does humidity under a dome light. If you are going to stack these enclosures and use the type of heating that people use with glass enclosures you are going to have some huge fluctuations in heating and humidity.

    Why are you not using UTH heat if I can ask?

    As far as Ideal Cage Size... to go back to your original post.

    IMHO 4x2x2 is far too large for a BP.

    im always used domes. never had a problem

    Can I assume that you have kept your snakes in tanks?

    It seems like the sizes you are suggesting are all tank sizes.

    make sure your BP's are big if are doing something that size and not babies, they will be overwhelmed and stressed.

    there about 3feet now maybe a little longer
