    Re: ideal cage size

oh, gotcha. in that case I would assume Starmom has the right idea. You could always take the dimensions for a 30 long since those are the recommended tank sizes for a full grown one. 30 Long dimensions are roughly 4 x 1.5 x 1 (l x w x h).

Yes- I have the right idea

I have a two 3-stacks of RBI cages: 3x2x1. They even have a RHP in each and the height is still fine

wouldn't be too hard. Jut use something to frame it up and get the plexiglass cut to the correct lengths and heights, mount them on the front with hinges and cut holes in them or something for a way to lock them. Use flexwatt for heating and viola, you have 3 separate enclosures that are all stacked together.

    Re: ideal cage size

I've read a bunch of people really like 4x2x2 but you could always trim some off of the height depending on how much you're snake climbs, if at all, etc. I'm personally in the process of building a 4x2x2 for a friend. His BP likes to climb for whatever reason so we're making it a little taller for extra branches, plants, etc.

So, I guess just triple that height if you wanna stack them all on top of eachother.
    Girls can like snakes, too!

    Re: ideal cage size

Mine loved to climb when they were younger; now, not at all.

Please keep in mind that ball pythons are terrestrial snakes and can do a surprisingly good job at falling off of things and hurting themselves
