A funny snake rap song
[QUOTE=Neal;2114943Music is an art, rap is not an artist and if you want to consider it an art then that's on you. [/QUOTE]
what about the rappers that produce their own music and create their own beats, or paint pictures and vivid stories with their words? if that takes no talent or skill, it shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to throw something together real quick that'll impress me. go ahead. i'll wait. :)

Sure, I'll watch that. In the meantime you read the part of the constitution that says something about freedom of speech. Sure, I probably shouldn't of said anything, but I only spoke for the people who didn't want to say anything. I don't like ignorance and I associate the symbol of "rap" with that.
There are many things I shouldn't of said. I was in Sub-way with a guy in front of me with his pants hanging half way down his legs. I didn't have to tell him to pull them up, nor did he have to respond "I'm bout to flash out". Nor did I have to reply: "Do what you think you have to do, but I promise you'll eat concrete." Now the whole thing could of been avoided by me not saying anything, but it could of further been avoided had he actually used his belt the proper way it should be used. I'm in a store about to eat food, and that's the last thing I want to look at.
Then I probably shouldn't have told a kid walking out of wal-mart with his pants off his butt to pull his pants up. That it originated in jail and it meant you were somebody's b. The fact that he was with his girlfriend and his mom made it worthwhile though, especially when she slapped him the back of his head and told him to pull his pants up.
The thing is, I say what needs to be said, or what others may not want to say. I don't care if people look at me like I'm the bad guy, but I utilize my freedom of speech.
BTW Mike, I don't care that he used the word nothin'.

I can crash my car into a bridge, doesn't mean i should. I can make myself look like an ass by exercising my first amendment rights, doesn't mean i should. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should haha.

My point is this dude just posted this for ppl's enjoyment, it was just for fun. There was ZERO reason to just pointlessly ruin things for him. Buzzkill much?

I'm a metal head but if you saw me you wouldn't necessarily know that. Well, maybe you would, since apparently you know everything there is to know about anything.
Ok i'm done. Pretty sure i've already thoroughly destroyed your argument and now your grasping at anything here lol...
Yea, I was pretty done when I destroyed you crying about that infraction awhile back. Sad story really. I'm not going to argue with you anymore Mike. It's pointless because everybody here knows you like attention.

Why does it have to impress you, you're not the difference maker between deciding if I'm an artist or not. The raps that the rappers do doesn't impress me, regardless if you think it's talent or skill. Who can't create their own beat? It doesn't have to sound good, a beat is a beat. You want me to paint you a picture or a story with my words? Okay, here it goes.
i woke up very early in the mornin'
da clock said 8 30 an i be sorin'
when i sat dizown at da table very shortly after
i ate some cereal and drank milk then i was faster
cuz it fill me wit' energy
now i'ma winna g
now it be half past 12 on the clock which is on da wall
i've got a sore throat, so i'mma take dat hall
then once it kick-in
i'ma eat fried chicken
fo dinna i'm thinkin what i'm gon' eat
i still got a bucket of chicken with dat white meat
There. I just painted you a vivid picture and from that you can tell I woke up at 8:30 am, then shortly after I ate cereal and milk and that gave me an energy boost then I had a sore throat, so I took a hall. After it kicked in, I had some fried chicken(Popeyes). Then for dinner I ate left-overs from lunch which happened to be white meat(breast & a wing) because I had a 4 piece combo. I can get more vivid, and who can't throw a chorus. Now according to your artist statement, I'm now a rapper, woohoo!! It doesn't matter if you don't like it or it doesn't impress anybody, because everybody doesn't like a singer or a rapper, and that person doesn't impress every single person.

I know what his intentions were. As for posting for peoples enjoyment, that would be up for debate because it just irritated me more then entertain. Now if he did it with his actual voice, it may of been funny. The whole chopped & screwed thing isn't working though. That may of been the main reason I said something. I wasn't trying to be a buzzkill, but clearly nobody else had found it to be funny.
Anyways, like I said, if he did it in his actual voice it may of been funny then. I can honestly tell you with 85% certainty that the only reason I said something is because of the "digital voice".

I'm glad that's all you're reading blah blah, lol. I'm not ruining a thread, I'm simply debating on a thread on a public forum. But I will stop because I'm heading to sleep because of the time difference here.

So if artists auto tune their voice then it's not real music...? 85% of the time...?

Did I say that? NO. Read what I said. I said I'm 85% sure that if he didn't do the chopped & screwed(digital editing) then I wouldn't of said anything. I know artists fine tune their voice. But there is a difference between making it sound better or making it sound slow motionish.
Anyways Mike, I thought you were done with it? Seems similar to when you said you were done fussing about that whole infraction thing and then you kept on, lol.
