So is it ok to leave them in the incubator on damp paper towel with a waterbowl until they shed?

yes. I'd also add a small water bowl with clean fresh water.

what don dies i'm gonna do as well that was what I was trying to say I wanted to do but how many holes in the tub do you put in them for the babies in the egg so they can breath and get air?

I don't put any holes in my egg tubs. The top does not make an air tight seal.

how long you leave the babies in the incubator or do you remove once they come out of the eggs on there own?
