    Pick up a book young boy. Hendrix practically invented modern rock n' roll. Page and Plant also influence just about every player that your hear today in any type of music.

    Okay. Hendrix was sloppy, but he was still super innovative and a great emotional player who changed rock and roll forever. Although Gibson is evil, I do still have a place in my heart for them, I just think that Fender makes a better axe. Also add Don Ross to best guitarists list even though he plays acoustic. Mmmm Buddy Guy, SRV, Eric Clapton etc. strats are awesome.
