I agree....I think BG is funny as hell and people need to lighten up. He had a valid point once you sorted through the silliness.

Neil's not the only entity out there that talks in the 3rd person. It's not about grammar AT ALL. It's about all the other blokes who do so. 3rd person speech is a layer of separtaion between commoner and something more.

Neil's been doing this since forever & good luck on thinking you can get him to change.

It's "Leeetle Minions". This particular group of people were blind followers of another mouth we all know and love. They are hard to find nowadays, but when one does pop up, Big Gunns makes sure he addresses them with their proper name. :D

I think he was referring to "breeders" who jump into the hobby head first spending 10's of thousands of dollars with no understanding of any of it. No understanding of the breeding habits, the husbandry, the genetics, the terminology, the realization its a lot of time and effort.
