I have lost about 12 lbs in the past 3 weeks I am thinking bout getting in sweat suite and jogging, I find it difficult to be enthused ( since I live in the country lol)

Back in summer I did the HCG Diet (26 day version) and lost 25 pounds (even though that I broke the diet 3 times, putting a total of 20 pounds on me while on the diet). But Since then I have been really stressed and depressed, making it hard to keep it healthy

I guess I'm the opposite of most... I'm about 5' 11" and currently about 180 lbs, tryin to get up to 190 :)

I just dieted down for 5 months. Started at 267 and ended at 205. Looking to bulk up and maybe doing a bodybuilding show in SEP of next year. Been lifting for a while but fell into a rut for about 6 months eating way too much. Someone at work bet me I could not get a 6 pack in 6 months so I had to get my ass in order. Not only did I take his money but I did it in 5 months. Now im focused on finally doing a show. Been wanting to do one for a long time. Just takes focus and determination. All of you will hit your goals.

it crept back up to around 230 which is where i'm at now.. just monday i started running (skipped yesterday)... LOL.. my goal is to try to lose as much as i can to feel comfortable with myself :D
