She sticks her tail in the cool side hide, and her head in the warm side, and stretches her body across the middle of the tub. Explain THAT ONE to me...

Mine was ontop of his hide curled up the other day of course I walked in and he was looking how to escape. Mostly he's in the warm Hide with his head poking out.

Some of them just have no manners!
We have one adult female here, Morag, who makes her enclosure as nasty as possible, as often as possible. If Morag can flip her dish, smear her feces around, do whatever it takes to create a disaster in her cage every day...she's happy it seems. We've taken to calling her "Nasty Girl" for her personal habits LOL. Lucky for her she's one of the prettiest normals I've ever seen (she used to be rabernet's Godiva and is the snake featured on the ScaleKids banner).

Re: Not Hiding Today
Just out of curiosity, I figured she may have been hungry so I fed her last night. It was day 5 but I had her on a weekly schedule, was this okay to do?
As I've said before I'm feeding her jumbo weaned mice, do they usually take to rats pretty easily or is that a battle? haha
When I put the mouse in front of her she struck right away and coiled, she let it go for about 5-10 minutes and in the mean time she kept trying to bite it, almost like she was trying to move it to give her a better angle to get to the face. It took her about 10 minutes to get it, after that it only took about 4 minutes to get down.. I didn't feed her a jumbo mouse last night, it was just an adult mouse which looked pretty close to the same size.
On a side note, I had someone local who sold me her and sold feeders as well but he is now moving. Does anyone know where I can order feeders from in Canada?
Any input on that would be good. :)
Thanks
