    I agree 100%.

    If it was actually "flooded" with oil all the seals would be compromised from the pressure. And I doubt (IMO) it would be worth fixing.

    I am curious to know more about the vehicle. If the car is fuel injected and was flooded (gas not oil) thats a whole new can of worms - I would walk away and look for another car.
