I've seen so many articles like this one about Australia, you would think people would start to keep their pets inside!

Or people could just suck it up and spend $50 to get their cats spayed/neutered and the problem wouldn't be so bad! There are actually free clinics here, and trap (neuter/spay) and release programs to get the numbers under control.
