    Well, I got a reply from the Mayor's office, noting that they did receive my email. And one of the council members thanked me for my submission.

    I don't know how many people are actually sending letters, but at least 1 got through!

    I just sent my letter off. I hope it helps. I don't know what I would do if such a ban was passed. We have the limit on cats and dogs which is a total of 4.And about 20 exotics. I don't think they even have a clue as to how many people that are taking perfect care of their animals would be affected. I stressed in my letter about people with allergies keeping exotics and the loss to the local economy because they would no longer be buying the huge amount of pet supplies that all of us know we spend so much on. Lets face it Petsmart and other stores cannot survive by dog and cat alone!!

    i agree with you and i would like to add even if you don't live in my city you should still voice youself here and if anyone from anypart of the country is haveing this come up post your info here and we will all ban together to try and stop it.
