Well .... as above ... I'd leave him alone for a week or so before trying to feed . He needs time to settle down and relax so no more handling or anything . Just water changes .

Insulate the tank in foam board and modify the lid to hold humidity a d heat better. There's a bunch of posts with tips on how exactly.

Just insulated with foam boards a few hours ago and I use a wet washcloth to help with the screened top!
