    She's technically a sterling 50% het pied

    The pairing was a pewter bee het pied to pastel poss het pied, but the pastel didn't prove out (at least this time).

    I thought maybe too! I didn't know if het pied influenced anything other than markings on the belly.

    Im on the camp that pied is actually an incomplete dominant/co-dominant trait mainly on the basis that sometimes it tends to mess with patterns and the fact that it reacts with champagne so drasticly that the het form looks like a traditional pied and the homozygous looks like a leucistic white snake.

    ps. I just checked my tumblr dashboard and your snake came up xD

    That is very interesting- made me look it up and found that "pied champagne saga" that you might have seen too. How weird!
