Of course, but my point is that they're the immediate next target. There certainly will be a monitor and tegu ban long before a cat ban. Hell, we might see it crop up as soon as this year, next year, or the following year at this rate unless the lawsuit proves anything.

I had a Nile Monitor miss the guy. You know what the most destructive introduced animal to America is not the Nile Monitor or any snakes its the house cat. So if you ask me the Nile Monitors are doing us a favor by eating the hair balls. I know that sounds mean to say but i am just so tired of the double standard that cats get. I do not think people understand the amount of destruction cats did to the Americas when we brought them here with us.

It's Europe wide! so if the animals can survive in Greece etc they could be banned in Britain. :taz:
