Thank you! He's one of my calmer BPs. Yea, I realized that and posted a better one. Lol.

One of your calmer ones? Do the others get nippy or something? lol

oh, yeah he can wiggle out of there whenever he wants to, he just wanted to see how you dealt with a little heart attack. lol. I was expecting some crazy piece of machinery, but if you just leave that in the cage, he'll eventually abandon it for his hotspot. :gj:

Re: Ball python stuck?
He's still a baby. I think he was born early 2012 and he's now at 740g. I say he's one of my calmer ones because I can take him out and he just wraps around my arm and hangs out. My other ones like to explore all over the place so I always have to watch them. Lol.
Thankfully, none of my BPs ever snapped at me yet. One of them hissed at me once but she was in shed.

I have no doubt someone will pipe up with an exception, but I've never seen a BP get themselves into something they couldn't get out of, including the inner springs of a Lazy-Boy recliner one time.

OR youre snake just claimed himself a new hide.
My boa got stuck inside her hide 1 time. It was an upside down wicker basket thing that i cut a hole in, well 1 day I had a left over rat pup so i gave it to her. She snatched with just a quick strike out of her hide hole and 2 days later shes draging her hide across the tank cause only about 1/3 of was able to fit out the same hole. It was an easy fix and she wasnt harmed and didnt even seem to care or notice. I was lmao.
I would put the cooling fan in his enclosure rite next to his hide and call it a night.

I think my snake found himself a new hide lol
I just checked up on him, and half his body was in the hide on his hot spot whilst theother half was still in the computer cooler!

One of my ball pythons did the same thing! Got stuck in a hide and I had the break the hide apart to get him out. I'm glad yours came out unscathed, mine still has a scar from his sticky situation.

Definitely doing that on purpose, I think ;)
They are sneaky bastards. Love them, but they are!
My BP will get himself in all kinds of shenanigans, and when I try to help him - he doesn't see it that way - he hangs on to whatever is around for dear life. He's not stuck. He's holding on. :P

I would "tickle" your snake out from under there lol
