Obviously both probes on the heat tape, VE plugged into the on/off and the on/off plugged into the wall.

I have heard of doing this. I have a ve 200 too and dont have it setup to another t-stat as a backup but have been considering it. Never really heard both sides of the debate though...
Jinx, please let us know your opinions once you get both t-stats up and running. Id be eager to know if one has an edge over the other.

Looks like you are going to have one empty tub. That tub must be filled! This is a requirement. You would be breaking Law 117 subsection 9 in the BP owner's rule book if you left that tub empty - don't break the law! :colbert:

trust me I tried that one with the wife. She almost agreed. But alas, she's smart and said I can use the extra one as a place to put one of them when we are cleaning their tub.

Shouldn't she hold them while you clean the tub??? :D I still call law breaking. Find a morph she likes and get her a snake? Rack looks awesome though. We just got ours built and got the kids in. I love it. I thought I would miss seeing them in their tanks through out the house, but the tubs are so much more accessible, and I have so much more room now. Glad I went with rack.
