So pink, red, and ruby a have separate genotypes in rats?

This is what I've gathered so far (correct me if I'm wrong).
Rat eye coloring genes:
Pink eyed dilution (PED) genetic code pp :

This particular rat was a black hooded which was diluted to Champagne by the PED
(Black genetic code aa (recessive))
Rudy eyed dilution (RED) genetic code rr :

This particular rat was a Agouti hooded which was diluted by RED to Fawn, eyes are a very dark maroon.
(Agouti genetic code A/ (dominate))
Black eyed white (BEW) genetic code hh :

This particular rat was a black hooded which the BEW gene prevented the black from coming in anywhere but the eyes and a small spot at the base of the ear (the BEW is a high white gene, meaning it inhibits the black producing melanocytes from making the fur any color).
Summery:
Agouti with RED (A/- rr) becomes fawn
Agouti with PED (A/ pp) becomes amber
Black with RED (aa rr) becomes a beige
Black with PED (aa pp) becomes champagne
So far I haven't been able to figure out the difference between Ruby eyed and Red eyed dilutions

Fawns are Ruby eyed though, not red, red is noticeably brighter.

Ah, I think I get it. So the red eyed and ruby eyed dilutions are very similar, but the difference is the red eyed produces rats with maroon eyes, darker red than the PED, and the ruby eyed makes red eyes darker still, almost black.
That about right?

Pretty much like that, some red eye rats are very bright red but many lean towards the darker side of red.
Ruby is very dark red though, almost black until you get some light on them.

Okay to clear things up i looked some stuff up
There is RED and PED, those are the only genetics that chance the eye colour.
There are COAT genes like the c-dilutes which can cause the eyes to change colour, but this is NOT an eye colour gene.
That is what I was wondering. :P

I really like the pink eye dilutes the most, those eyes are just amazing IMO
Rat in the back ground is a ruby eye Siamese
Rat in the foreground is a Pink eyed Blue or Silver rat

Red eyed Siamese, blazes also do some neat diluting of the colors.
A blazed rats coat is a different hue of blue than a non blazed rat.

Yes, any gene that affects the eye color will have an effect on the fur color also, weather it be PED, red eyed or ruby eyed dilutes.
To my knowledge there are no color genes that will just affect the eyes, but like you said there are ones that can just affect the fur color.

C dilute coat genes effect the eyes, and the fur, like siamese. ;)
