Himitsu, well its more than understandable if someone is using sick humor to bat down attacks from all ends. At least I held my tongue and was nice. Still do not know why anyone would believe any story from anyone without looking at all of the facts. There should be many items on a check list to be addressed and evaluated before anyone proposes to present an assessment of a dispute. I actually completed numerous federal Boards of Inquiries and I can tell you that what you see on forums is a joke compared to a real investigation.

Matt: Go back to the BOI threads and you can read about 10 pages where I begged Bill to get help. I begged him over and over and over and despite my begging, all he did was yell and curse more at everyone. Like Wes.

I will apologize to Justin, for making him dig through his emails. That was my fault, and I feel bad for bringing him into this. Next time I will be less trigger happy with the post, and wait until the person has done their full digging rather than going with initial response.

I will not however, apologize to the likes of you Dan. As far as I'm concerned, you are still the bottom of the barrel scum-bag flipper/dealer/stain on this hobby.

I too noticed that many of those pages of customer feedback were duplicated. Not repeat customers, but word for word copy & pasted. Nice fluffing there.

And let's see...blaming us because you felt the need to antagonize an entire forum for the weekend rather than spend time with your kids? Really? How about this: Make your one statement of rebuttal, walk away, deal with the fact that people don't like you, and enjoy your kids. That would have saved us all a lot of headache. Irregardless of the situation there are some things you do not joke about.

Kodieh, so what is your point with that links? Andy bought baby candoia and refused to buy baby frogs and his snakes starved on him. Yell at him not me. Kick his butt for starving those poor candoia. And some lady bought frogs and the box was lost and arrived days later and I offered more frogs for free. So shoot me for being so kind. The email says you would not honor the live arrival guarantee, that if you did you would never make money. You also went on to state that you never offer live arrival guarantee and that it has never been in your TOS. Although, you did have live arrival guaranteed on your kingsnake ad. Which is funny, thats a direct contradiction to not having ever offered one.

Kodieh, that was a mistake I admitted in the thread I think which was made with the guarantee when I first made some ads etc but my email with the tracking number had the guarantee spelled out which was never posted. Regardless of it all, I offered the lady several frogs for free before she brought it to the BOI and she thought to nail me to the cross on the BOI and it did not work for her like it did not work for others who had hammers and nails. It did not work for Neal, did not work for Treeboa, nor any of those people with nails and hammers. Did not work for the folks here with hammers and nails. Will not work for you with a hammer and nails. Much less, it never seems to work for any of those folks there. Its time to put down the nails and hammers and pick up the phone and discuss and differences and work it out.

YOU may have been part of a gang up, I can't say, I don't know why you do what you do, but I can tell you this, everything heaped upon mr. scalero was well deserved by mr. scalero.

If it's motivations you're after finding the sources of, perhaps a thread in the appropriate forum would lead you to some sort of enlightenment. I don't think any of the people saying they had bad transactions are trying to make themselves better. The purpose of a BOI and here the inquiry/feedback is to warn other hobbiest about bad business transactions they have had regarding this hobby we all love. What motive would you have not to satisfy a customer? Shady business dealings backed with blatant blame shifting = profit. Hence the purpose the BOI and the initial post in this thread, to help other people from avoiding a negative experience with a seller. Like I said in all of my other posts, I am neither pinning you with wrongdoing, nor excusing you from it. There is not enough evidence presented by you or others to be definitive. It was, and is, no game for me. mr. scalero is everything I've said he is. I've proven it time and again, he's proven it time and again, many others in this thread have proven it time and again.

A lot of you guys, bp.net members in particular, are young and really don't know what to do with guys like mr. scalero. He continually lies about everything, satisfied customers, who he's done business with, what people have said and done, what he's said and done, but he's clever, as many criminals are. He goes on and on for so long that those with good hearts and little experience with his kind often wonder why guys like me hound him like I do. It's because he's slick as frozen poop and will do or say anything, lie, cheat, steal, paraphrase, make things up about dead people, to make himself appear as though even if he isn't a good guy, he's not as bad as I, and those who actually know him, say he is. But I ask your trust here, he IS that bad. It's hard for many to think ill of anyone they don't know, and here I'm speaking to the hundreds who have read this thread and kept quiet, but sometimes people are just bad. mr. scalero is just bad. It's as simple as that, but he tries to hide it.

Some of you see him for what he is and you will remember and pass it on, but some doubt. It's ok to doubt, but don't let that benefit of the doubt you feel cloud what is for real. There is NO doubt what kind of person mr. scalero is. It's been proven time and time again. He is not alone, he's just the one on the firing line right now. He deserves it, nice people, he truly does.

He's slicker n' snot on a red hot skillet, but he's still a really bad, rotten guy. He's not alone, beware of his brethren, but see HIM for what he is, remember what he is, and in the future apply that knowledge to others who seem to much like him for your own comfort.
