There should be many items on a check list to be addressed and evaluated before anyone proposes to present an assessment of a dispute. I actually completed numerous federal Boards of Inquiries and I can tell you that what you see on forums is a joke compared to a real investigation.

I don't think any of the people saying they had bad transactions are trying to make themselves better. The purpose of a BOI and here the inquiry/feedback is to warn other hobbiest about bad business transactions they have had regarding this hobby we all love.
