    Reptile Expo questions
not sure if this is the right forum:
ive never been to a reptile expo, but im going to one in san diego in june.

I was just wondering, since i found out that many BP owners got their morphs from these expos, and it seems to be the best way to get a bargain.

Can someone explain the price difference of buying online, and buying from an expo? which is better? does it matter? what questions or signs should i look for?

    please and thankies :D

And i wanna know if im gonna be even more WoW'd if i go to an expo, and see the prices there. ive seen pictures of some of the snakes and their prices at an expo and im WoW'd in a bad way =s

no shipping, you know exactly what you're buying, and can usually get a pretty good deal.

Questions I always ask is when they ate last, how often they eat, ask to hold them to feel their muscle tone and look them over.

Often I find people selling bring the shed/feed charts, this helps in telling if they eat on a regular schedule or are trouble eaters and how their sheds go.

Just remember quarantine when they get home if you do pick one up and good luck with finding what you are looking for:gj:

I usually do not buy anything the first day of the show and wait until the second day because most of the breeders drop the prices like crazy trying to move the stuff so they dont have to take everything back. Ive gotten some really good deals that way.

But aren't all the best animals gone by the 2nd day?

I'm not arguing, I'm just trying to figure out which day I should go. (Sac expo)
