8. start shopping for a bigger freezer

7. buy some chinese cookbooks

6. stop trying to feed your snake in your ratty PJ's - no wonder he lost his appetite

5. troll Craigslist for 'gerbil free to good home' ads

4. demand total silence in the house until the crisis has passed

2. cry crocodile tears and hope he feels bad for you
