i want to say its scale rot, but being that i have no idea what im talking about (and you guys are the experts), please please please let me know what this looks like and what the treatment options are (if any).
theres a vet with a herp specialist like a half hour from my place, but im a student and not only am i pretty broke, but i dont have that much time in the next week and a half (finals :-( )

    thank you!

I can't see the pictures, so can't give an opinion. Is your substrate dry? Are your humidity levels good? BP's are not arboreal, so there isn't a need for a tall habitat with vines. That may be messing with the environment.

I can't see the pictures either. Can it be a burn? How does your snake react if you touch it gently? Take her to the vet as soon as you can. Good luck!

Now I'm curious- what does scale rot look like? Could someone post a pic?

If you think your BP is sick, the only thing I would recommend you is to make an appointment to an herp vet and have him check out.

If you are unable to get to a vet I am sure the shop that you bought your snake from and probably supplies your consumables would be able to tell you if you take it in.

On an unrelated note my BP loves climbing on its vines it isn't a tall cage 1' 5" so it can't fall anywhere really, but it likes to stick its nose through the mesh at the top and flick its tongue.
