HELP Boa has weird scales after shed.

She has always had perfect complete sheds and I look her over after each to make sure there is no stuck shed anywhere. After her shed today i looker her over and found this near her vent. What is this? Vet opens tomorrow and i messaged her breeder too for help. Should i give her a betadine bath? I dont think its a cut so not sure if that would help any. She eats F/T so nothing bit her.
