Hello! My name is Kelly Davis, and I am doing an analysis of how people on ball-pythons.net create their online identity by using reading and writing. I am hoping to bring awareness to a community that I have observed from the outside and use it to further a scholarly conversation about learning through literacy in forums. I have a few questions for you to answer if you are willing! Hmmm, that's an interesting one. Never seen spam quite like that honestly. However, you can't go around PMing members with requests like that when you have no activity on the forums to back up who you are. I am definitely not clicking the link to see if it's legit and I would advise that no one else click on it either. Thanks for the heads up on this--I am going to look into the sender's account.

I deleted the PMs sent by this account (so you will not see the message in your inbox any longer if you received it) and disabled the account.

This might be a college student attempting to do a research project, but this not the appropriate way to carry out such research if it is legitimate.

just posting whatever i feel like posting. stuff i think is neat, fun, helpful or interesting.

researching and reading to start. then from personal snakekeeping. i ask questions when its appropriate, usually when i need to troubleshoot something.

5. Have you used the forum to learn any new information? If so, detail what thread and how?
