    If you have a smartphone I suggest the app "tappatalk". It makes uploading pics simple, right from your phone.

    It looks like you're trying to post the names of the files, what you need to do is upload the photo online (I like photobucket, you can also use tiny pic and I'm pretty sure doing it via facebook in a public album works as well) and then you need to right-click and copy the image address, then put that between [Img*] [/img*] quotes (without the *). Hope this helps!
