    Is she full of eggs?
What do you think, I paired up this snake with a male several times, I think I saw an ovulation. Now she is laying on her side / back. I assume that's a good sign, like she is for sure full of eggs? This is the first time I've ever paired up snakes so it's all new to me. Check it out:

It's certainly possible that she is holding onto eggs especially if you saw an ovulation already. Otherwise it's "building" behavior and leading up to ovulation. This is typically labeled as " oviposition" and can occur before and or after ovulation in my experience. Pretty female..

Laying inverted is a good sign however it need to be taken in consideration with other signs (males are also known to lay inverted at times)

Signs to take in consideration are

    Ovulation
    Pre-lay shed
Animal on the warm side of the tub

When a female is fulfilling all those conditions and is laying inverted she usually try to make herself comfortable by adjusting her eggs, now to know whether there are eggs or not and how many there is a simple trick that need to be done GENTLY.

Pick your female up hold her in front of you tail down head up (you should see her profile) now gently reverse the position tail up and head down, you will see the eggs moving and will be able to count them if they are present.

That's a neat trick, I'll try it! I'm pretty sure she is full of eggs, and I can almost make them out in her profile, looks like about 7 eggs in there. She still hasn't shed yet, still waiting on that to start counting the days. I also have another normal female that's around 1500 grams, never been with a male and she was laying on her side like that, but switched back to her belly right away as I opened up the tub. And as I picked her up I could tell her belly was empty, especially compared to this girl LOL. My normal girl actually went off of feed, but I don't really have anything I want to cross with a normal at the moment, I'll end up with a bunch of normals or het pieds. I'd breed her if I had something like a super Bamboo, maybe I can find one I can borrow LOL.

I think you may be on the right track. Only time will tell the story.
