Need help with the forum icons
    Hi Guys,

Just to the left of each thread there are different icons. Sometimes it's an envelope with a red background but sometimes it's an envelope with a grey background. There is also an icon with an open envelope with paper coming out of it.

I'm new to this forum and want to stay active so I want to know how the site works.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Gray background means it's a thread you may have already seen and doesn't have any new content since you might have last looked at it.

Red background means it's a "hot" thread that has either lots of views, lots of responses, or both.

An open envelope means there is some new content in that thread since the last time you looked at it.

    Hope that helps! :)

That's twice you've been helpful now!

    Thanks very much :)
