Be careful: "He never..." have been famous last words a few times. ;) If it were me, I'd turn your thermostat down to around 90. They really don't need much hotter than that for proper thermoregulation and it gives you a bit of cushion before you start approaching that 95ish F danger zone.

No it is not keep in mind that human body temperature is 98.6 therefore not hot enough to burn anything.
Now as far as providing 95 it's really over killed 92 max is more than enough

You're referring to the normal core body temperature (98.6 F), which really only applies if you're planning on swallowing your ball python. :P
Skin surface temperature actually varies with ambient temperature - at 73 F ambient it's about 89 F, and at 91 F ambient it's about 95 F. :)
