    Is this scale rot?
    I thought it may be a burn or stuck shed but now im worried.

    Still looks like a dried up blister from a burn to me. Was she left in filthy wet conditions for a good long time? That is usually how scale rot occurs. A burn can happen in a matter of seconds.

    She did spill her water a lot. But if I recall I had her in a small glass tank w/ just the heat pad and she always moved the aspen. I think that's wen I first noticed it.

    IT looks like a burn to me. Scale rot looks dark and rotten that looks like the scale Burnt and even crispified. Get a thermostat to regulate your surface temps. Heat pads without one gets way too hot .
