    Flexwatt?
I was wondering some things from users. Such as:
    Cost compared to uth
    Longevity compared to uth
    Animal maintanence; simpler?
    Ease of set up

    couple bucks a foot
I have some that has been running for 5ish years
never had a problem with either
same, UTH is UTH regardless of the source
if you can solder you are good (I prefer soldering) if not you can order from Reptile Basics and Rich can set it up for you.

Flexwatt is going to be way cheaper than a heating pad. For a foot of the biggest size (roughly the same size as a large zoomed heating pad), you'll pay 7-15 dollars for everything to set it up (not including t-stat, which costs the same regardless). For bulk setups like making a rack, paying 20+ dollars for each heating pad just isn't practical, not to mention the jumble of cables you end up with. If you only have a single tank to heat, you won't see any husbandry differences, since they're basically the same thing, and going either way would be perfectly fine.

I mention price, but I should also mention that shipping from the website I order from is rather expensive, so unless you do need it in bulk or can find a supplier that doesn't insist on overnight premium shipping, a pet shop heating pad might actually be more practical for your situation.

I need heat for 7 enclosures. Would flexwatt be too much then?
