Animal Plastics Economy Rack

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I ordered an Economy Rack from AP about 10 weeks ago and it just arrived today. The waiting is not my concern, as from what I gather, that is pretty normal. My issue is that all that came in the package, after all the waiting and excitement, is five shelves and a kick guard. Seriously? No instructions, not braces for the shelves, no screws, no heat tape, no nothing. I sent them an email stating the issue, but has anyone else had this issue? And if so, were they at least punctual and reasonable about fixing the situation?

Just frustrating to drop money, wait that long, and not even get what I ordered.:weirdface

Call customer service, the lady that answers the phone is very helpful and will get you taken care of. Keep your head up !!

Yeah, I would just call. She always answers the phone, and is very helpful.

Likely there are supposed to be two boxes. With shipping craziness right now (Holidays), one may have not been delivered.

Call Ali, and she can look in to it.

I emailed Ali and she got right back to me. She checked into it and it turns out there was in fact supposed to be two boxes, and the other was separated in transit. It should be in tomorrow and she even gave me the tracking info for it. All I have to say about AP, is you may have to wait, but they have terrific customer service! How long did you wait for it? I'm ordering mine right after the holidays.. :oops:

A little over 10 days to ship. So far, great customer service!

I ordered T20's, and mine are 10 weeks out. Boo.
