I personally go by what seem to make them happy, I have a 550 gram pastel female that is back in a 15 qt, seemed stressed in the bigger tub.... Have a smaller spider female that does well in a 32 I would go off how crowded they seem and how well they do with their space

I am just getting into tubs myself but i have done a decent amount of research on the topic. #1 is get a feel for the individual snake. Some prefer bigger some prefer smaller. The best i can tell people go up to aprox 500 grams in a 15qt, 500-1500 in a 32qt, and 1500+ in a 41. I am sure more experienced members will chime in, but this is just what i have found in my research.

    Cheers,

33"x18"x6" are size of tubs I use for all my snakes. It's the size of the Hide Box that makes the snake less stressed. Small hide for a small snake.

In the end its really your call when to move them. I don't use 6qts but if I did I would move them out at around 200g.

I move mine out of 6 qts at around 4 to 500g,then go to a divided 32qt.,then 1200 + go into the 32s,my bigger females are in cb70s but I think they dont need cb70 to do fine!
