Central American Super Motley?

I am in the process of setting up a trade with a Central American boa breeder. I am likely going to aquire a super motley. He told me that Central American super motley's heads do not grow correctly and stay smaller than normal. Has anyone heard of this? If so, does this affect them in any way? Thanks.

There have been discussions on this in other places that I've read. I don't have any super motleys because I do mainly locale specific. But it was stated that it's not a difference in head shape, it's the fact that they're a uniform color and it tricks your eye. But if he's saying they're actually different, than i don't know. I'd say some locales most definitely have different shaped heads than colombians and any B. c.c.

Thanks for the info. I saw a picture and it does look to be smaller, but you could be right. I will be sure to post pictures once I get him in. Thanks again.

I believe it's a trait that seems to be attached to the CA super motley... sort of like the duckbilled trait in super cinnys and spinning in spiders. The combo is "tweaked". There's nothing wrong with the snake... they still eat fine, and can breed. Meaning, even if you just breed to a normal, you'll get lots of perfectly normal looking little CA motleys :)

Thanks, that is what I was thinking. I plan to breed the super motley poss het T+ to a motley poss het T+.
