    new rack!!!

i just finished dialing everything in to the point i feel comfortable walking away from it lol.

i got my first rack!!! i'm so excited! it fits 8 28qt tubs at 7 in. high or 16 12qt tubs. it runs heat tape connected to a Herpstat Intro+. it's temporarily set up in a spare room for now.

Coffee Bean and Spaghetti are its first two residents; Pumpkin Pie will be moved in when he outgrows his current tub; Yellow might be moved in eventually.

now the question is: what should i fill the remaining spaces with?

    Nice rack girl!
What are you going to do when they get big though? 28 quart isn't really enough for adults. You will need a bigger rack!

hey congrats! i was just about to bamp your other thread asking about how the deal ended up and thought that maybe the feedback was bad and the seller was like "awww hell no! call me back with a real offer!" **slams and hangs up phone**

also u might be able to find compatible tubs and fit one larger tub per shelf when u need to go bigger. (or smaller and fit tubs less than 12 quarts) u just need to find one's with similar height.

thank you!!! i love it already.

i just need to experiment and find the right tubs. i found some 28qts at home depot but i've been having trouble finding smaller sizes that are tall enough for the shelves.

i'll probably end up doing lots of buying and returning lol.

What material did you use to build your rack?
