I finally got bit!!

Well not really,I was doing some tub maintenance and my hatchling ultramel is in shed with eyes all hazed over. Well I'm just haphazardly going from tub to tub and reached in to take her out and she took a pop at me LOL. Not so much as even a scratch but it was the first time one has ever made contact with my hand and I definitely felt her tiny little teeth! I was cracking up after haha.

My brother recently got bit by our axanthic female, Xanado. One fang caught him and drew blood. He doesnt like her anymore even though hes kept saying hes wanted to get bit to 'experience' it.

same thing happened to me a long time ago with Yellow. no marks, not even a scratch; he just smacked my thumb with an open mouth.

i don't consider myself part of the club, but i'm (oddly) anxiously awaiting the day!!!

Ha. Well if part of the club means a full bite with blood draw I'll pass thanks lol I'm a big baby when it comes to that. One of my first rats bit me and now every time i have to handle them I'm on like hyper alert for a bite lol

Lol, the desert ghost male and the mocha calico baby are in shed, but they didnt even glance at me defensively lol
Only ones who have been known to strike are my dinker and my piebald 🤣
