Hi from a lover of all things "creepy" and "crawly" (and a Texan :) )

Hi y'all my name's Danni and I love snakes, spiders and almost anything else with cold blood and six legs or more! I was unexpectedly given my first ball python from a friend who was moving and couldn't take it with her. I've only had garter snakes before so a ball is new territory for me. I'm probably going to have a bunch of questions to pester everyone with but am confident that snake/reptile people are the best people, and will help a sister out!

Welcome! I think you'll enjoy your stay. 😊 Post pics! Do you currently have any other creepy and crawly critters?

Thanks Fraido! I would love to post a pic of my girl but it says I can't post attachments. I'm pretty new to forums so I will frequently have no clue what I'm doing! As far as other critters go, as of now, I just have some awesome bugs I've found in my yard. Spiders, a mantis, katydid. I'm finally at a point in my life I can afford to start putting together my own mini zoo but I want to make sure I learn to care for each animal really well before I get the next. This forum will really help me with Lou (my baby girl ball's name, she's almost 2 yrs old).

Wel all probably felt the same way when we first joined. 😋 I can't remember if you just have to wait a short while after joining in order to post photos or what. Sounds like you've got a neat little collection of creepy crawlies then! 😁
