    GMHS-Giant Malagasy Hognose Snake

    WHS-Western Hognose Snake

    KSB-Kenyan Sand Boa

    2 of these are relatively new, but that KSB one is used a lot.

    UV - short for ultraviolet; spectrum of light required for vitamin D production in diurnal lizards and turtles

    IJ Irian Jaya (refers to many different species of herps, from snakes to lizards)
