    I've never heard of a Gila death. From everything that I've read, there has never been a recorded human death. But that doesn't mean that there hasn't been. And no, they are not nown to be aggressive.

    Gilas are friggin gorgeous, at least I think so. I'd love to have one in the future.

    A guy I know owns two of them. They don't seem to aggresive till he puts a rat pup in front of them. Then they let out the craziest hisses and also spit and attack. It's wild watching them eat! But yeah I'll view them from behind a nice glass cage.
