    royzft201 has come up with the fact he is pretty sure this beautiful female is a Eastern garter and not a Plains garter. So, actually a Erythrystic Eastern Albino Thamnophis Sirtalis and not a Thamnophis Radix (Erythrystic Albino Plains). Thank you royzft201 for your interpretation and input. He didn’t confirm but thinks it may be hybrid also.
