Regurge :(
So I found a regurgitated mouse in my new guys tank tonight, I'm so upset! I have no idea what could have caused it, I haven't been handling him, his temps are 81* hot side and 75-78* cool side, the mouse was the same size as the thickest part of his body and his tank is in a really low traffic area. He last ate on Monday so I don't know why he would regurge today. I just seriously don't know what I did, if anyone could give me some insight I'd really appreciate it!!
And the procedure now is wait two weeks to feed again, right?

Re: Regurge :(
Not sure why your critter regurged Ditto. I would bump those temps up a bit. I give my bulls a hot spot of 84-86. Give it 2 weeks and try again. Best wishes.

Re: Regurge :(
Only five days since his previous meal? That's my guess for "cause"...not enough time to finish digesting previous food, and, warm temps. a bit low. I agree you want
the warm area about 85*. There's hardly any difference between his cool & warm sides of cage.
Yes, I'd wait at least 2 weeks now to feed, & size it down, also adding some Bene-Bac wouldn't hurt either. He might also be going into a shed now too? Watch for that.
