What a great collection! They are all very pretty and look very healthy and curious. I love the photos you have taken in natural environments, too. The tin can ones are my favorite.
2 BP's, one ratsnake, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 small caged birds, 7 chickens, and a toddler in a pear tree

Re: My Corn collection (pic heavy)
Since Hannibal seems to be the standard favorite he got chosen to be my test subject while trying a cheap amazon light tent.

What is Hannibal? He is uniquely gorgeous on ANY background... I've never seen one like him either. Wow!
What did he look like as a hatchling? And did he turn out as expected & like his parents? (for anyone who doesn't know, corn snake colors evolve as they grow)

Thanks Bogertophis, this might be a long post.
The genes in this line are as follows:
Amel – is a recessive gene that eliminates black pigment, amels are also called albinos.
Bloodred – is a recessive gene that breaks up the edge of the normal saddle and blends them into the background , eliminates the ventral checkering, and modifies the headstamp.
Caramel – is a recessive gene that gives a yellow brown or straw like color.
Cinder – is a recessive gene that gives the animal an ashy grey look. The morph also breaks up the pattern some and when combined with sunkissed you get shatter corns.
Miami – is a wild type or polygenetic trait that is usually red or orange saddles on a grey background.
Sunkissed – is a recessive gene that modifies the head stamp and shape of the pattern. It also brightens colors such as yellows and reds. When mixed with caramel you get honey. As honey ages it just gets brighter.
Sire (FC) – Miami, caramel het sunkissed, amel, cinder, blood red.
Dame (145) – Honey, Bloodred, het amel
I’m hannibals second owner. The previous owner only had him for about a month before deciding to go a different route with his breeding plans. Hannibal is a Honey, Bloodred, Miami, PH amel cinder.
Orginal breeder pic:
First owner pic:
For comparison I also have a female clutch mate named Clarice. She is honey het bloodred PH amel, cinder. She didn’t get the Miami look passed down, is only het for bloodred and has the single head stamp modifier.
Baby pic:
Recentish pic: she is ever more yellow in the background now.
I also have Beatrix who is a half sister to Hannibal since they share the same sire (FC). She looks a lot like the parents.
Dame (200): Miami caramel het sunkissed, amel, cinder, and bloodred.
She is a caramel Miami ph sunkissed, amel, cinder and bloordred.

brown chicken brown cow
She has been out of brumation for close to a month now and has been in blue for the past 5 days and just went clear. We have a front coming through with the chance of snow so I figured it was worth a shot putting them together. The male has been pacing his tank a lot recently. This is my first attempt at breeding. The male is het charcoal and anery so I'm hoping the female proves to have some hets. I'll know if she has het's if some of the babies show up as blizzards or snows.

Re: My Corn collection (pic heavy)
It's always the ones you look forward to breeding the most that gives you the hardest time. These two just wanted to cuddle.
