I have 5 cats, I keep them out of the room but cats are sneaky, if one or 2 shall sneak in while I'm going in and put and knock it off and those plastic handles come off or unlocked then the bungie cords shall prevent the lid from popping off with it!!!!!!!!! Ahh hahaha
