Thats weird. My first guess would be a tumor or a slug. Not speaking from first hand experience at all though, just tossing out my 2 cents here. Thats odd, id say a vet visit may be in order.

I'm definitely considering taking her in, it's just odd that she's suddenly gotten it (ie within the last 7 days) so I'm not sure. I've been monitoring it every 2 days since noticing it and it hasn't been growing or changing shape.
While searching google I found a thread on another forum that's almost the same as my problem (if this linking is not allowed due to BP.net's #12 posting rule (12. Links or text with the purpose of recruiting members to competing sites are not allowed) then please remove it):

I don't know what a tumor feels like though, and if they can appear within days on snakes
