The underlying question here is what your breeding goals are.
If you only plan to sell the offspring, and you're looking at what's selling well NOW, you may be disappointed when you try to sell your babies in a couple years.
If you have a specific goal in mind, as far as a snake you'd like to produce, I'd say to get the logical "next step" breeder.
A single-gene codom (let's say pinstripe), breeding size, you can find in your price range. Put that to your bee, hatch a clutch or 3 out, sell the pin (or don't...your choice) as a proven breeder if you get your spinner blast. You'll likely break pretty even on that setup...especially if you're replacing the mom AND the dad with 1 of their offspring. Fewer mouths to feed.

Hate to say it, but it ultimately boils down to YOUR preference. Me? I'm still waiting for my 1st clutch to hatch, so I just have to keep waiting.
