    I bet you could easily take commissions for such portraits of people's pets if you wished.

    I agree! Look at Candace Owings with Custom Creatures. She is really taking off with her business of sculpting clay reptiles. She can barely keep up with her orders.

    I bet you can do the same with illustrations of people's pets

    Umm, about using this drawing, I dunno, I'm trying to stop letting people use my art for free, just because I'm now trying to make a living off of it! This piece in particular since I might end up doing something with it...In the future I'll be happy to do commissions, and since I work digitally I wouldn't charge much at all, more just for my time and (very) slowly fixing the dent the adobe suite/cintiq tablet/new computer made in my wallet!


    This is going to be one of my summer projects, so maybe I'll post some more! One of my next pictures will be my normal ball python! I think the people here will like that!
