Also look out for stomatitis (mouth rot), signs of RI, and a bump forming under the wound or his eye bulging out (abscess). Hopefully he'll heal up on his own with no complications, but sometimes these types of wounds can introduce bacteria to areas where they shouldn't be and cause problems.
