I'm moving from Denver CO to Puyallup WA on Friday, and here are my snake transport plans:

I have 8 snakes. Each will be in their own pillowcase. I have 2 tubs, each divided into 4 sections - 4 BPs in one tub and 4 corns in the other- with foam padding.
The trip takes about 2-2 1/2 days, so we will be stopping at motels. For the night, the snakes will be placed in their holding tubs (sm rubbermaids) with water and the tubs placed on small UTHs run by a thermostat.

That's the plan...I only hope it works. I will have small heat packs ready in case it gets cold going through the mountains, but the tubs will be in the truck cab with me, my BF, and my ex who is driving so it should be warm enough. We'll also have my BTS in his cat carrier up there. Cozy.
