Maybe I shoud try that. You can see mine is ready to go. His tail is swollen, but no go yet. I'm afraid of the same thing. I don't want to get pooed on yet! I'm sure the first time is the worst, but still!

My yearling amel crawled up my daughter's sleeve and pooped. It ran down her arm and was dripping off her hand. It was SOOOO disgusting, but quite funny. At least the kids would remember you and Zipper if he happened to poop on you. I just like to think that if you get pooped on by your snake then it means they are comfortable enough to relax around you. lol
I have water bowls large enough for my corns to swim in and I'm constantly cleaning them out because they got pooped in, so the bath may work. Have fun showing him off to everybody!
